Polish building-materials group Atlas has completed the purchase of the former Polifarb paint and varnish plant in Dębica from PPG Deco; the contract dates from 1 October 2026 and the price is a trade secret. PPG keeps using the site until the end of March 2027, after which Atlas starts planning and modernisation to build capacity for dispersion products such as plasters and facade paints (Chemia i Biznes, 9 Oct 2026).
