On 16 July CrowdStrike (US) signed a definitive agreement to acquire the intellectual property of XM Cyber — a Schwarz Digits (Schwarz Group) company — including attack-path visualisation technology, more than 45 patents and source code; the two also expand their partnership for sovereign cybersecurity in Europe (STACKIT Sovereign Cloud).
