Montenegro closes three more EU chapters, 21 of 33 now closed

21 of 33 chapters are now closed and all 33 are open; Prime Minister Milojko Spajić still names 2028 as the accession target
The chapters closed cover economic and monetary policy, statistics, and social policy and employment (European Western Balkans, 13 Oct 2026).
