Through its subsidiary Med Energywise, Petrolina acquired all shares in ExxonMobil Cyprus at the end of January 2026; the total price is €45.1m after the usual post-closing adjustments. The agreement had been signed on 27 Nov 2024, and the company is to be renamed eWise Cyprus (filing to the Cyprus stock exchange, Cyprus Mail, 2 Feb 2026).
