As became public on 21 July 2026, brothers Iordanis and Ilias Iosifidis, via Joil Holdings, increased their stake in ISN S.A. — operator of Greece's largest convenience-store chain 4all (around 150 stores) — from 26% to 58.9% by buying the co-founding Goulios family's stake, taking control. According to the report the transaction had been agreed about a year ago but only now became public; no purchase price was disclosed.
