Cyprus plans over 100 new digital government services in 2026

Over 32,000 online civil registry applications, 65,000 student registrations in the eDEA platform and 1.2 million customs declarations in the first three months of the new system
The target for 2025 was 60 services; in 2026 the focus is on deeper integration of government systems, for instance by extending eDEA to grades, absences and teacher placement (Cyprus Mail, 17 Feb 2026).
