Job cuts in the triple-digit range in the IT division Aldi DX (around 4,000 employees in total). In parallel: an increased office-attendance requirement (2 days/week), and an intensification of cooperation with the external outsourcing partner Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). Reason: cost efficiency and organisational optimisation.
