On 6 August 2026 Eurazeo announced it had entered exclusive negotiations with Swiss investor Partners Group over the sale of its majority stake in French natural-cosmetics company Aroma-Zone, with Eurazeo Capital V reinvesting alongside the buyer as a minority shareholder. The release quantifies only Eurazeo's gross proceeds of about EUR 576m and gives no enterprise valuation — the figure of around EUR 2bn (roughly three times the 2021 entry value) comes from consistent press reports by CFNEWS and Zonebourse. Founded in 1999 by the Vausselin family, the B Corp-certified company has more than 5 million active customers and has more than tripled its revenue since Eurazeo invested in 2021. Completion is subject to antitrust and other regulatory clearances and to the information and consultation process with employee representatives. Update (24.09.2026): The European Commission cleared joint control of Aroma-Zone and holding company LH91 by Partners Group and Eurazeo under its simplified procedure, without conditions; signing and completion are still pending (Brussels Times, 24.09.2026). — Source: https://fr.newsroom.eurazeo.com/actualites/eurazeo-entre-en-discussions-exclusives-avec-partners-group-en-vue-de-la-cession-de-sa-participation-dans-aroma-zone-et-de-son-reinvestissement-a-ses-cotes-90d17-7ed35.html

Pfizer plans to reduce its Swiss workforce from 300 to 70 employees (230 jobs). The Zug branch had already been reduced from 200 to 131 in summer 2024 (69 dismissals). The current round of cuts is part of the global cost-saving programme; the affected sites (Opfikon ZH, Zug) remain unclear. The Swiss branch is classified as less important. — Source: https://www.zentralplus.ch/wirtschaft/muessen-zuger-pfizer-angestellte-zittern-2826671/

SBB built a new 1.7 km double-track section on the Zug–Arth-Goldau line along the eastern shore of Lake Zug near Walchwil and renewed about 15 km of track including tunnels, bridges and retaining walls. The project cost roughly CHF 190-200 million, with construction under full closure of the line running from June 2019 to December 2020.
