FCC announced on 5 August 2026 that the Pape North Connect consortium (FCC Canada and Webuild) has signed the target price agreement for the Pape Tunnel and Underground Stations section of Toronto's Ontario Line. The section comprises three kilometres of new twin tunnels and two underground stations, one of them connecting to the existing Pape station on Line 2; the alignment runs from Gerrard Street to the junction of Minton Place and the Don Valley Parkway. The CAD 4.32bn figure is explicitly the estimated total capital cost of the project, not the consortium's contract value. — Source: https://www.fccco.com/en/w/fcc-executes-target-price-agreement-to-design-and-build-the-ontario-line-pape-tunnel-and-underground-stations-project
