On 06.10.2026 SAP agreed to acquire TechWolf, an AI company from Ghent whose platform uses existing HR and business data to build a continuously updated picture of a workforce's tasks and skills; the technology is to become the core of SAP's SuccessFactors HR software portfolio. The parties did not disclose a price, and closing is expected in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to regulatory approval. SAP has completed the acquisition of Tübingen-based AI startup Prior Labs (pioneer of tabular foundation models), agreed on 4 May 2026.
